Welcome to Motiplan! Our intelligent weekly planner helps you organize your time, track productivity, and achieve balance across all areas of your life.

First Steps:

  1. Sign up with your email
  2. Complete your profile and set your preferences
  3. Create your first task
  4. View your week at a glance
  5. Check your AI insights and life score

Understanding Your Dashboard

Your dashboard gives you a complete overview of your weekly schedule and productivity metrics.

Key Metrics:

📊 Total Hours Available:168 hours per week (7 days × 24 hours)
✓ Hours Booked:Total time you've allocated to tasks
📈 Hours Free:Available time for planning additional tasks
📉 Booked %:Your productivity score showing time utilization

Tasks by Category: View how your time is distributed across different life areas (Work, Health, Family, School, etc.). This helps identify imbalances and optimization opportunities.

Creating Your First Task

Create tasks to organize your time and track what you need to accomplish.

Step 1: Click "Create Task"

A modal window will appear with task creation options.

Step 2: Fill in Task Details

  • Task Name: What you need to accomplish
  • Status: Pending (⏳) or Completed (✓)
  • Day: Which day of the week
  • Time: Start and end time (e.g., 5 AM - 6 AM)
  • Category: Work, Health, Family, School, etc.
  • Color: Pick from 6 colors for visual organization

Step 3: Add Steps (Optional)

Break down larger tasks into smaller steps:

  • Click "Add Step"
  • Enter step description
  • Add multiple steps for complex tasks

Step 4: Save Task

Click "Create" to add your task to the calendar.

💡 Tip: Use 30-minute to 2-hour blocks for best results. Shorter blocks keep you focused; longer blocks allow for deep work.

Weekly Calendar Planning

Your calendar provides an intuitive visual overview of your entire week, hour by hour.

Calendar Features:

🎨 Color-Coded Tasks:Different colors for different task types/priorities
✓ Status Badges:Green checkmark (Done) or orange clock (Pending)
📝 Quick Edit:Click any task to edit, delete, or update status
⬅️➡️ Navigation:Move between weeks with arrow buttons

💡 Mobile Tip: On mobile, the calendar shows one day at a time. Swipe left/right to navigate through the week.

Organizing with Categories

Categories help you organize tasks by life area and identify where your time goes.

Viewing Your Reports

Reports provide detailed analysis of your productivity and scheduling across the week.

What You'll See in Reports:

  • Weekly Summary: Overall performance score and key metrics
  • Daily Schedule: How many hours and tasks per day
  • Tasks by Category: Time allocation across life areas
  • Agent Analysis: Detailed insights from each of the 7 AI agents
  • Recommendations: Actionable steps to improve specific areas
  • Trends: See how your patterns change week to week
