Understanding Your Dashboard
Your dashboard gives you a complete overview of your weekly schedule and productivity metrics.
Key Metrics:
Tasks by Category: View how your time is distributed across different life areas (Work, Health, Family, School, etc.). This helps identify imbalances and optimization opportunities.
Creating Your First Task
Create tasks to organize your time and track what you need to accomplish.
Step 1: Click "Create Task"
A modal window will appear with task creation options.
Step 2: Fill in Task Details
- Task Name: What you need to accomplish
- Status: Pending (⏳) or Completed (✓)
- Day: Which day of the week
- Time: Start and end time (e.g., 5 AM - 6 AM)
- Category: Work, Health, Family, School, etc.
- Color: Pick from 6 colors for visual organization
Step 3: Add Steps (Optional)
Break down larger tasks into smaller steps:
- Click "Add Step"
- Enter step description
- Add multiple steps for complex tasks
Step 4: Save Task
Click "Create" to add your task to the calendar.
💡 Tip: Use 30-minute to 2-hour blocks for best results. Shorter blocks keep you focused; longer blocks allow for deep work.
